Editorial coverage of public brands (DAX 40 Agent Success Index)
Hyperize publishes the DAX 40 Agent Success Index — independent editorial research on publicly accessible digital touchpoints of named brands. The notes below apply to all index-related surfaces (Hub, BrandScores, SectorReports, Answer Pages derived from index data) and are referenced by the footer of every per-brand page.
Point-in-time disclaimer
The DAX 40 Agent Success Index is a point-in-time snapshot of the agent-success of public digital touchpoints. Results are not statements about product quality, company performance, service quality, or the legal obligations of the brands named. Brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and reporting purposes in the context of editorial coverage (§ 23 MarkenG, Art. 5 GG).
Methodology and sources
All probes use only surfaces any AI agent can access today — no access to internal systems, no authentication bypass, no terms-of-service violations. The full methodology is published on the methodology page and on each Task Selection Doctrine page. Each BrandScore page carries an inline Sources Block listing the public URLs and run identifiers underlying its score.
Right of response
Any brand covered in the index may review its results and respond at any time. Responses received are published in full alongside the findings. The index is updated quarterly; improvements appear in the next release. Brands wishing to engage or correct a factual error may contact hello@hyperize.ai.
Logo and trademark policy
Brand names are used referentially for identification and reporting purposes (§ 23 MarkenG). Brand logos appear only where journalistically justified, in editorial context, and never as endorsement markers on Hyperize commercial pages. No Hyperize product or marketing surface uses DAX 40 brand logos.
