Heidelberg Materials.
AI agents can reach Heidelberg Materials' cement pages.

Can an agent use the surface to get the job done
This page measures the commerce lane: can an agent find Heidelberg Materials, and once it arrives, transact. Talent, after-sales, procurement, investor and press lanes run on different surfaces and are not yet measured.
Your brand isn't measured yet
What does an AI agent do with your website?
The same measurement as Heidelberg Materials, free for your domain. Five agent classes, one real task, your score in 48 hours.
Agents find Heidelberg's cement. The purchase path leads to the DIY store.
We tested one buying task: a 25kg sack of Heidelberg Materials CEM I 42,5R Portland cement, DIN EN 197-1, delivered in North Rhine-Westphalia. We asked three AI providers, in German: 18 measurements, 17 valid, one timeout. Then automated agents read the Heidelberg websites directly.
The brand is findable. AI Visibility: 40.17. Agents found the Portland cement classification and the availability at the Ennigerloh plant. But they could not confirm the small-quantity purchase on Heidelberg's own regional portal. The path kept slipping to Bauhaus and Hornbach listings.
This is an interim result. The browser-based agent test has not run yet; a follow-up measurement is scheduled. So far, the product is visible. The purchase belongs to the DIY channel.
One label, many breeds. From a plain reader to an autonomous operator, the kinds behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude Code:
Found, and able to transact?
Two questions, measured separately. A brand can be recommended and still un-buyable, or perfectly buyable and never found.
When someone asks an agent to source a material, does it route to Heidelberg Materials?
Heidelberg Materials comes up about four times in ten. The rest of the time, an agent recommends an alternative first.
Discoverability · 17-datapoint auditOnce an agent is on Heidelberg Materials's site, can it request a quote?
Plain reader and Coding agent reach a quote in some runs; other agent classes do not.
text / code-class agents reach a quote only in some runs; agents are blocked, no path past the quote was tested · breakdown aboveEvidence · 65 / 100 A measure of how provable and consistent the result is, grounded in cross-method ground-truth agreement (the methods that ran returned the same price), not a separate measured run. A confidence layer on the two scores above, not a third sales axis.
What this means for Heidelberg Materials.
On product discovery, Heidelberg Materials is reachable — AI Visibility 40.17 across 17/18 valid datapoints. The Phase 2 HTTP agent returned CEM I 42,5R classification + Ennigerloh plant availability. The gap is the small-quantity 25kg-NRW-DIN EN 197-1 buying path: it stays opaque on the brand's own regional dealer surface, while Baumarkt listings (Bauhaus, Hornbach) capture the demand precisely where the brand surface should resolve it. Structural channel capture, not discovery.
What changes the outcome will depend on whether Wave 6 surfaces a Channel gap (Baumarkt listings dominate the Heidelberg-brand close), a Surface gap (the regional portal's spec presentation breaks under agent reads), or a Discovery gap (Holcim / Dyckerhoff dominate the unbranded discovery). The Hyperize offering routes are Answer Pages for the discovery case, Reference Pages for the regional + spec case.
The proof isn't more content. It's a repeatable lift in whether agents find, verify, cite, recommend, and complete the brand journey directly — re-measured each wave.

Chemical distributors capture 50% of sourcing demand before Heidelberg Materials.
Channel position pending AI Visibility audit response analysis. Pre-measurement expectation: small-quantity CEM I cement demand is heavily captured by Bauhaus and Hornbach listings; the Heidelberg Materials regional sales portal and the corporate site share the direct-brand close. Industrial-scale demand routes via regional sales reps without an intermediary.

Wave 6 Q2 2026 partial measurement on a single task (Heidelberg Materials CEM I 42,5R Portlandzement, quote_ready close, 25kg sack, NRW delivery, DIN EN 197-1 spec). AI Visibility from the audit pass (40.17, 17/18 valid datapoints — 1 OpenAI timeout within tolerance — across openai/perplexity/anthropic, DE language). AI Usability from a fleet wave Phase 2 HTTP + coding partial; Phase 3 browser + Phase 4 ACT not executed in this wave (marked pending in agent_matrix). How the score was produced.
Discoverability is audit-pipeline-derived. 3-provider sample (openai, perplexity, anthropic), 3 query variants per task, 2 runs per variant · 17 valid datapoints scored against a five-state handoff cascade. [S1]
AI Usability is derived from the access-profile above (usability-derivation/v1): how far the best agent reached (close state) modulated by how many agent classes succeeded. The per-class profile is the truth; the score is a reproducible summary of it, not a separate rating. Fleet phases (HTTP / Coding / Browser / ACT) produce the profile. [S2]
Agent Success Score = (AI Visibility × 0.20) + (AI Usability × 0.70) + (Evidence × 0.10)
On a 0–100 scale, displayed 0–10. AI Usability bundles the agent's reach + completion; AI Visibility is audit-derived discoverability. Weighting is public; the per-prompt derivation is not.
